Leicester based, LB Foster Materials Handling, will be promoting its new range of overhead conveyors on Stand 100 at the Surface World Show 2015 held at the NEC, Birmingham from 23-24 September 2015.
Launching in June 2015, the range includes an inverted power and free series that is ideal for paint and assembly lines. The stabilised trolley design makes these recent additions particularly suitable for large or unbalanced loads. With single trolley capacities available up to 250kg they can cover a wide range of load requirements.
The inverted orientation allows for a more compact solution, as large steel support structures are not necessary. More importantly, this format removes the risk of product contamination as the chain is situated underneath the conveyor.
The new range of overhead conveyors including the inverted power and free, is available with three chain pitches, 180mm, 270mm and 300mm
Adrian Pryce, technical sales office manager, LB Foster Materials Handling comments, “With a modern and robust design, the addition of the new conveyor series extends our current range of paint, surface finishing and assembly line products. The broadening of our portfolio ensures we can offer our customers bespoke solutions within a broad cross-section of many industries.”
LB Foster Materials Handling has many years’ experience in providing a comprehensive service to a wide variety of industries where parts need surface treatment.
