Overhead Power and Free Systems are based on a twin track arrangement with the drive chain track mounted above a free-running load-carrying trolley track.
The design of the trolley set enables trolleys to be engaged or disengaged from the power chain for process or accumulative storage. They can be re-engaged and carried to the next process when required.
A single trolley set is capable of carrying loads up to 900kg. By using multiple trolleys this maximum can be raised to 3600kg. Applications can be catered for with a comprehensive range of vertical and horizontal bends, switches and merge junctions. Elevating and lowerating stations can be used to raise or lower trolleys for processing, loading or unloading.
Computerised control systems ensure an accurate workflow throughout, in accordance with the relevant programmed requirements.
