Mobile Vehicle Loaders
Mobile vehicle loaders are ideally suited for a range of applications, such as multiple locations or occasional use. Easily positioned by one operator, the unit can be moved to exactly where required and then stored safely when not in use.
With a choice of three standard belt widths and a varied combination of in-feed and main boom lengths, the correct model can be defined for all applications. In vehicle loading applications, an optional gravity expandable ‘tongue’ accessory can be attached to the end of the main boom, giving access deep inside the vehicle.
Penetrator
The Penetrator allows loading or unloading to take place with constant adjustment of reach depth, thanks to its special telescopic continuous belt.
The unit has an independently adjustable feed table that can be set to almost ground level and a main-boom height of 1.68m (5’6”) which allows it to be used with all standard vans and trucks. Its compact design means that when not in use, the Penetrator can be moved and stored by one person.
Maxi Penetrator
The Maxi Penetrator has a flexible telescopic continuous belt system to enable loading and unloading with continual adjustments of reach depth via operation controls at each end.
The independently adjustable feed table can be set to almost ground level, with a main boom height of 2.3m. It has a maximum reach of 10m which is ideally suited for 12m deep containers and all standard vans and trucks.
