Power & Free Conveyors
CI overhead power and free systems are based on a twin track arrangement with the drive chain track mounted above a free-running load-carrying trolley track.
The design of the systems enables trolleys to be engaged or disengaged from the power chain for process or accumulative storage. They can be re-engaged and carried to the next process when required.

CI offers a range of conveyors with single trolley capacities of between 100kg and 900kg. By using multiple trolleys and crossbar linkages these capacities can be increased to transport product weights up to 8,000kg.
A comprehensive range of vertical and horizontal bends, switches and merge junctions provide an array of circuit configuration possibilities.
When space is at a premium, lift and lower stations can be used to raise or lower products for processing, loading and unloading.
Computerised control systems ensure an accurate workflow throughout, in accordance with the relevant process requirements.
