Power Conveyors
The CI Logistics range of enclosed track, overhead powered chain conveyors is suitable for a wide variety of production applications such as automotive, product finishing and assembly lines.
Each powered conveyor utilises a continuous chain with a series of pendant chain attachments all driven by a motor powered drive unit. The individual pendant capacities for the enclosed track conveyors range from 22kg up to 150kg and linking the pendants together with load bars increases these capacities.
All our powered overhead chain conveyors have a modular design so reconfiguring and extending existing installations can be accommodated with ease.

A standard array of vertical and horizontal bends is available of varying radii and angles, together with a wide range of spinners, indexers and automatic loading and unloading devices. These allow virtually any process requirement and routing configuration to be accommodated.
In addition to our range of enclosed track power only conveyors we also offer the heavy duty I-Beam monorail systems in 3”, 4” and 6” track heights.
