CI Logistics supplements its comprehensive range of conveyor systems with electrified monorail systems (EMS). These cover the standardised aluminium Euro-rail types, as well as heavy duty systems.

Systems are built up from standard track lengths, bends and switches to form a circuit to suit each individual factory layout with its localised constraints. Carriers are also unique to each individual system, designed specifically for the products carried. Capacity varies depending on number of load trolleys, vertical bends and other specific factors.
Systems include supporting steelwork, carriers, on-board control boxes and full electrical controls for the plant.
