Belt Conveyors

Available as either straight or bends, belt conveyors offer a simple reliable method of transporting a large variety of products. Height changes between levels are easily achievable, using either incline belts or belt spirals.

Available in either standard mild steel or stainless steel, with a variety of belt widths, the CI Logistics range of belt conveyors is second to none.

Powered belt systems can be arranged horizontally or inclined, and integrated with other types of conveyors to form a complete handling system.

Powabend belt curves are available in virtually any configuration and are ideal for general purpose use including food applications.  A positive chain drive prevents belt slip and products are conveyed with a smooth, positive and even movement.

Powabend spirals provide reliable, continuous transportation between levels while minimising use of floor space. Constructed to the customer’s individual requirements, they offer an easily maintained alternative to ordinary vertical inclined belt lifting systems.

Designed for merging two conveyor lines, the Powamerge is a high speed belt with one end angled at 45 degrees. An angled nose bar allows a continuous belt to change direction, giving a smooth angular transfer of goods.
